Abstract:
Disclosed are a raise-boring machine for enlarging an inclined hole of a mine and a method for enlarging an inclined hole of a mine, relating to the field of mine equipment. The raise-boring machine for enlarging an inclined hole of a mine comprises a drill feed apparatus, a drill rotation cutting transmission apparatus (400), and a drill cuttings discharge apparatus. The drill feed apparatus comprises a feed traction apparatus (100) and a steel wire rope (200); the drill rotation cutting transmission apparatus comprises a hydraulic motor (410), a gearbox, a rotary transmission apparatus, and an enlarged hole drilling apparatus (460); the rotary power of the hydraulic motor is delivered to the enlarged hole drilling apparatus (460) by means of the gearbox and the rotary transmission apparatus; the enlarged hole drilling apparatus comprises a guide rod (461); the lifting force of the feed traction apparatus (100) is delivered to the enlarged hole drilling apparatus by means of the steel wire rope (200) and the guide rod (461); the drill cuttings discharge apparatus comprises a spiral blade (470) and a spiral blade transmission apparatus. The raise-boring machine for enlarging an inclined hole of a mine has a simple structure, is easy to assemble, and can efficiently, stably, and reliably bore an inclined hole having a large diameter, thereby resolving the problems of being difficult to remove slags and ventilate, and low efficiency during the construction of the inclined hole (well), reducing the labor intensity, eliminating potential safety hazards caused by blasting operation and pollution caused by smoke dust of blasting, and improving the production efficiency, and economic and social benefits of the mine.
