Disclosed is a pipe network monitoring control system, comprising a data collector (1), a flowmeter (2), a remote control valve (3), a pressure transmitter (4), a solar panel (5), a 24V direct current solar cell (6) and an upper computer (7), wherein the flowmeter (2), the remote control valve (3) and the pressure transmitter (4) are all arranged on a pipe network pipeline; a flow signal input/output end of the flowmeter (2) is connected to a flow signal output/input end of the data collector (1); a power supply output end of the solar panel (5) is connected to a power supply input end of the 24V direct current solar cell (6); the 24V direct current solar cell (6) supplies power to the remote control valve (3) and the data collector (1) simultaneously; a pressure signal output end of the pressure transmitter (4) is connected to a pressure signal input end of the remote control valve (3); a data input/output end of the remote control valve (3) is connected to a data output/input end of the data collector (1); and the data collector (1) is connected to a server port of the upper computer (7) in a GPRS wireless manner. The present invention is used for monitoring underground pipelines in real time.
