Abstract:
A transmission mechanism and a surgical instrument. The transmission mechanism is provided on the surgical instrument for driving an end instrument (20), which is located at the end of the surgical instrument, to move, and the transmission mechanism comprises guide mechanisms (8,9,16,17), first, second, and third drive shafts (1, 2, 3) and first, second, third, and fourth tractors (4, 5, 6, 7). The three drive shafts (1, 2, 3) are provided in parallel, the first and second tractors (4, 5) surround the first drive shaft (1) in opposite directions and are partially fixedly connected thereto, and are fixedly connected to the end instrument (20) after changing direction by means of the guide mechanisms (8,9,16,17); the third and fourth tractors (6, 7) surround the third drive shaft (3) in opposite directions and are partially fixedly connected thereto and are fixedly connected to the end instrument (20) after changing direction by means of the guide mechanisms (8,9,16,17); the guide mechanisms (8,9,16,17) are configured so as that when the second drive shaft (2) rotates, the movement direction of the portion of the first and second tractors (4, 5) which is located between the guide mechanisms (8,9,16,17) and the end instrument (20) is opposite to that of the portion of the third and fourth tractors (6, 7) which is located between the guide mechanisms (8,9,16,17) and the end instrument (20). The surgical instrument comprises the transmission mechanism.
