Abstract:
Provided are a magnesium alloy rubber coated product surface decoration method and a molded product thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) putting the magnesium alloy rubber coated product into a degreasing agent for degreasing; (2) washing the degreased magnesium alloy rubber coated product with water; (3) processing a micro-arc oxidation on the magnesium alloy rubber coted product; (4) washing the micro-arc oxidation processed magnesium alloy rubber coated product with water; and (5) baking the magnesium alloy rubber coated product. The molded product is a molded product produced according to the method. The method combines a micro-arc oxidation technology and a spraying technology, immerses the product into a configured chemical agent, and at a certain current density, a layer of uniform film with good corrosion resistance and leveling property is formed on the magnesium alloy surface. In the coating process, the number of layers of traditional coating can be reduced from 3-4 layers 1-2 layers, which greatly reduces the number of coating, and will help meet the environmental requirements and shorten the process.
