Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a different-shrinkage composite yarn and a preparation method therefor. A modified polyester is spun using a multi-hole spinneret plate to produce a different-shrinkage composite yarn, wherein the spinneret holes on the multi-hole spinneret plate are arranged in an elliptical shape mode, i.e., the hole centres of the spinneret holes are in series concentric ellipses, wherein the long axes of all the ellipses are collinear, and the minor axes of all the ellipses are collinear. The differential shrinkage composite yarn is prepared by plying and doubling a modified polyester POY yarn and an FDY yarn, network compounding and finally winding, a method for preparing the modified polyester comprising reacting terephthalic acid with ethylene glycol to prepare ethylene glycol terephthalate, adding a terephthalic acid diol ester prepared by reacting terephthalic acid with a branched chain-bearing diol, and continuing to react to obtain the modified polyester. The fibre prepared by the present invention has a good performance, and the different-shrinkage composite yarn has a linear density deviation ratio of ≤ 2.0%, a breaking strength CV value of ≤ 4.0%, a breaking elongation CV value of ≤ 8.0%, and a crimp contraction variable coefficient CV value of ≤ 8.0%.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un fil composite à rétrécissement différent et un procédé de préparation associé. Un polyester modifié est filé à l'aide d'une plaque de filière à trous multiples pour produire un fil composite à rétrécissement différent, les trous de filière sur la plaque de filière à trous multiples étant agencés selon un mode de forme elliptique, c'est-à-dire que les centres de trous des trous de filière sont en série d'ellipses concentriques, les axes longs de toutes les ellipses étant colinéaires, et les axes mineurs de toutes les ellipses étant colinéaires. Le fil composite à rétrécissement différentiel est préparé en retordant et en doublant un fil de polyester POY modifié et un fil FDY, en mélangeant et enfin en enroulant le réseau, un procédé de préparation du polyester modifié comprenant la réaction d'acide téréphtalique avec de l'éthylène glycol pour préparer du téréphtalate d'éthylène glycol, l'ajout d'un ester de diol et d'acide téréphtalique préparé par réaction d'acide téréphtalique avec un diol porteur de chaîne ramifiée, et la poursuite de la réaction pour obtenir le polyester modifié. La fibre préparée selon la présente invention a une bonne performance, et le fil composite à rétrécissement différent présente un rapport de déviation de densité linéaire ≤ 2,0 %, une valeur de CV de résistance à la rupture ≤ 4,0 %, une valeur de CV d'allongement à la rupture ≤ 8,0 %, et une valeur de CV de coefficient variable de contraction de frisure ≤ 8,0 %.
(ZH) 本发明涉及一种异收缩复合丝及其制备方法,将改性聚酯采用多孔喷丝板纺丝制得异收缩复合丝;多孔喷丝板上喷丝孔的排列方式为椭圆形排列,即喷丝孔的孔中心位于同心椭圆上,同心椭圆为系列椭圆,所有椭圆的长轴共线,且短轴共线。异收缩复合丝由改性聚酯POY丝和FDY丝合股并丝,经过网络复合,最后卷绕制得,改性聚酯的制备方法为:对苯二甲酸与乙二醇反应制得对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,加入对苯二甲酸与含支链的二元醇反应制得的对苯二甲酸二元醇酯,继续反应得到改性聚酯。本发明制得的纤维性能优良,异收缩复合丝的线密度偏差率≤2.0%,断裂强度CV值≤4.0%,断裂伸长CV值≤8.0%,卷曲收缩率变异系数CV值≤8.0%。
