Abstract:
Disclosed is a vacuum die casting apparatus for manufacturing an aluminum alloy, comprising a touch display screen (1) and an electric control cabinet (2), wherein the electric control cabinet is connected to a die casting machine (9); a movable die (3) is provided inside the die casting machine, and one side of the movable die is provided with a fixed die (7); a die cavity (4) is provided inside the movable die, and the top of the die cavity is connected to a vacuum pipe (5); the bottom of the die cavity is connected to a pressure injection chamber (19), and a pressure injection punch (18) is provided inside the pressure injection chamber; the pressure injection chamber is connected to a liquid ascending pipe (10), and one end of the liquid ascending pipe is connected to the interior of an aluminium liquid chamber (13); and an inner wall of the aluminium liquid chamber is provided with a liquid level monitor (17), the exterior of the aluminium liquid chamber is provided with a heat preservation stove (14), an inner wall of the heat preservation stove is provided with a temperature monitor (16), and the exterior of the die casting machine is connected to a die temperature controller (8). The apparatus can completely isolate the influence of the external environment on the aluminium liquid by using the heat preservation stove, so as to extend the solidification time of the aluminium liquid, reduce a density index of the aluminium liquid after the aluminium liquid is refined, and ensure the quality and mechanical performance of a product. The cooperation between the die temperature controller and the die casting machine is increased, which can ensure a density of a component, improve the percentage of passing of blanks, and improve the tensile strength and yield strength of the product.
