Title: VACUUM DIE-CASTING PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING ALUMINIUM ALLOY
Abstract:
A vacuum die-casting process for manufacturing an aluminium alloy, comprising a starting device, wherein an injection puncher (18) slides backwards along an injection chamber (19), and a high pressure vacuum pump (6) suctions air inside a mould cavity (4) via a vacuum pipe (5); when the vacuum pressure decreases to 2000 Pa or less, under the action of pressure difference, liquid aluminium in a liquid aluminium chamber (13) enters the mould cavity from a liquid riser pipe (10); and when the mould cavity is full of liquid aluminium, a moving die (3) and a fixed die (7) are fastened, the injection puncher slides forwards and blocks an outlet of the liquid riser pipe, and a die-casting machine (9) starts to work; the casting temperature is 680-720ºC, the control precision of a temperature monitor (16) is ≤ ±2ºC, and the quantitative precision of a liquid level monitor (17) is ≤ ±2%; and by means of adjusting the height of a hydraulic rod (12) and rotating the angle of a temperature-maintaining furnace (14), the liquid rise pipe can fully suction the liquid aluminium inside the furnace body. In the die-casting process, an advanced high-pressure vacuum die-casting is used, and the use of a quantitative furnace can completely isolate the external environment from affecting the liquid aluminium, so as to ensure the quality and mechanical properties of the product.
