Title: APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MEASURING LAYERED INTERFACE IN CONTAINER
Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus for measuring a layered interface in a container. The apparatus comprises: a container (1) for containing solids and liquid or layered liquid; a thermostatic conduit (2) located inside the container (1) or outside the container (1), wherein the arrangement direction of the thermostatic conduit (2) is in the height direction of the container (1), the height of the thermostatic conduit (2) is at least the same as the height of the solids and liquid or the layered liquid contained in the container (1), and the thermostatic conduit (2) is used for releasing heat to the solids and liquid or the layered liquid contained in the container (1); a temperature detection module located on an outer wall of the container (1), wherein the temperature detection module comprises several temperature detection points arranged in the height direction of the container (1) and is used for detecting a temperature signal and transmitting same to a control module, and the distances between the temperature detection points and the thermostatic conduit (2) are the same; and the control module for receiving the temperature of the thermostatic conduit (2) and the temperature signal of the temperature detection module, outputting densities corresponding to the positions of all the temperature detection points and obtaining a layered interface according to the densities. The measurement apparatus can perform real-time non-contact type measurement, and has an accurate measurement result. Also provided is a method for measuring a layered interface in a container.
