Title: METHOD FOR PREPARING CE-DOPED YAG LUMINESCENT CERAMIC AND RELATED LUMINESCENT CERAMIC
Abstract:
A method for preparing a Ce-doped YAG luminescent ceramic and luminescent ceramic, the method comprising: reacting cerium oxide nanopowder and aluminum oxide powder with soluble yttrium salt solution in the presence of a precipitating agent so as to form a coated cerium oxide-aluminum oxide-yttrium oxide precursor composite powder material, and roasting to obtain coated type cerium oxide-aluminum oxide-yttrium oxide composite powder; and obtaining a Ce-doped YAG luminescent ceramic by means of sequentially granulating, sieving, tableting and sintering. In the obtained composite powder, the cerium and the yttrium oxide are in contact with each other sufficiently and uniformly, and the yttrium and the aluminum oxide are in contact with each other sufficiently and uniformly, which improves the reaction efficiency of the yttrium entering an aluminum lattice and the cerium entering an yttrium lattice, thereby improving phase purity of the luminescent ceramic.
