Abstract:
(EN) An array panel and a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel, and a display device. The array panel comprises a substrate (901) and a plurality of gate lines (1), a plurality of data lines (2), and a plurality of common electrode lines (3) disposed on the substrate (901). The plurality of common electrode lines (3) and the plurality of gate lines (1) are disposed on different layers. The plurality of common electrode lines (3) and the plurality of data lines (2) are disposed on a same layer, and arranged in parallel to each other. The plurality of gate lines (1), the plurality of data lines (2), and the plurality of common electrode lines (3) are insulated from each other and intersect with each other, so as to define a plurality of subpixel units (908). In the array panel, the common electrode lines (3) and the gate lines (1) are disposed on the different layers, and the common electrode lines (3) and the data lines (2) are disposed on the same layer and arranged in parallel to each other, and consequently, the embodiment prevents the problem of a possible short circuit condition caused by parallel routing, facilitates circuit tests and maintenance of the array panel, and enhances fault detection of the device, thereby increasing the yield of the product.

Le panneau matriciel comprend un substrat (901), ainsi qu'une pluralité de lignes de grille (1), une pluralité de lignes de données (2) et une pluralité de lignes d'électrodes communes (3) disposées sur le substrat (901).
