Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a GOA driving circuit, comprising a downlink unit (310). The downlink unit (310) comprises a downlink transistor (T22) and a voltage stabilization capacitor (Cs), wherein one polar plate thereof is connected to a source electrode of the downlink transistor (T22); the other polar plate thereof is connected to a common electrode (Acom); the common electrode (Acom) transmits a direct current voltage signal; and the voltage stabilization capacitor (Cs) produces a coupling voltage to maintain the stability of a downlink signal. The driving circuit can improve the reliability of a signal of a key node in the driving circuit and improve the stability of the displaying of a liquid crystal panel.
(FR) L'invention concerne un circuit d'excitation GOA comprenant une unité de liaison descendante (310). L'unité de liaison descendante (310) comporte un transistor de liaison descendante (T22) et un condensateur de stabilisation de tension (Cs), dont une plaque polaire est connectée à une électrode source du transistor de liaison descendante (T22). L'autre plaque polaire de ce condensateur est connectée à une électrode commune (Acom) qui transmet un signal de tension continue, et le condensateur de stabilisation de tension (Cs) produit une tension de couplage pour maintenir la stabilité d'un signal de liaison descendante. Le circuit d'excitation peut améliorer la fiabilité d'un signal d'un nœud clé qui lui appartient, et améliorer la stabilité de l'affichage d'un panneau à cristaux liquides.
