Abstract:
(EN) A display panel and a display using the display panel. The display panel comprises at least a first substrate (11), a second substrate (12), a liquid crystal layer (13) sandwiched between the first substrate (11) and the second substrate (12), a light shielding layer (14) provided on the first substrate (11), a buffer layer (15) provided on the light shielding layer (14) and the first substrate (11), a first semiconductor layer (16) provided on the buffer layer (15), and an active layer (17) provided on the first semiconductor layer (16) and the buffer layer (15). By means of the structure, the display panel can reduce a leakage current of a thin film transistor, thereby reducing the crosstalk and flicker of a liquid crystal panel.

Le panneau d'affichage comprend au moins un premier substrat (11), un deuxième substrat (12), une couche de cristaux liquides (13) prise en sandwich entre le premier substrat (11) et le deuxième substrat (12), une couche de protection contre la lumière (14) disposée sur le premier substrat (11), une couche tampon (15) disposée sur la couche de protection contre la lumière (14) et le premier substrat (11), une première couche semi-conductrice (16) disposée sur la couche tampon (15), et une couche active (17) disposée sur la première couche semi-conductrice (16) et la couche tampon (15). Au moyen de la structure, le panneau d'affichage peut réduire un courant de fuite d'un transistor à couches minces, ce qui permet de réduire la diaphonie et le scintillement d'un panneau à cristaux liquides.
