(EN)Provided are a yeast and a method for catalyticaly synthesizing 2,5-dihydroxymethylfuran by using the same. The yeast is Meyerozyma guilliermondii SC 1103 deposited in the China Center for Type Culture Collection with CCTCC NO.M 2016144. The method for catalytically synthesizing 2,5-dihydroxymethylfuran by using the yeast comprises: introducing activated Meyerozyma guilliermondii SC 1103 into a buffer containing 2,5-hydroxymethylfurfural and glucose, and reacting under certain conditions to produce 2,5-dihydroxymethylfuran.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une levure et un procédé de synthèse catalytique de 2,5-dihydroxyméthylfurane à l'aide de cette dernière. La levure est Meyerozyma guilliermondii SC 1103 déposée au Centre chinois de cultures de référence sous le numéro CCTCC M 2016144. Le procédé de synthèse catalytique de 2,5-dihydroxyméthylfurane à l'aide de la levure comprend : l'introduction de Meyerozyma guilliermondii SC 1103 activée dans un tampon contenant du 2,5-hydroxyméthylfurfural et du glucose, et la réaction dans certaines conditions pour produire du 2,5-dihydroxyméthylfurane.
