Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a crankshaft for a reciprocating compressor, the crankshaft comprising: a main shaft (1), a counter shaft (2) and a crank arm (3), the main shaft (1) and the counter shaft (2) being respectively arranged on two sides of the crank arm (3), the two sides of the crank arm (3) being respectively provided with a first counter bore (31) and a second counter bore (32), the main shaft (1) being installed in the first counter bore (31), and the counter shaft (2) being installed in the second counter bore (32), wherein a reciprocating compressor has the crankshaft. The main shaft (1), the counter shaft (2) and the crank arm (3) being separate parts enables the crankshaft to be formed simply and to be machined easily. Compared with traditional casting processes, the mass, the material cost and the machining cost of the crankshaft can be reduced; and the power of the reciprocating compressor during operation is reduced at least to a certain extent, improving the reliability of the reciprocating compressor.
(FR) L'invention concerne un vilebrequin de compresseur alternatif, le vilebrequin comprenant : un arbre principal (1), un arbre secondaire (2) et un bras de manivelle (3), l'arbre principal (1) et l'arbre secondaire (2) étant respectivement disposés sur deux côtés du bras de manivelle (3), les deux côtés du bras de manivelle (3) étant respectivement pourvus d'un premier lamage (31) et d'un second lamage (32), l'arbre principal (1) étant installé dans le premier lamage (31), et le arbre secondaire (2) étant installé dans le second lamage (32), un compresseur alternatif comportant le vilebrequin. L'arbre principal (1), l'arbre secondaire (2) et le bras de manivelle (3) étant des parties distinctes, ceci permet une formation simple du vilebrequin et un usinage facile. Par rapport à des processus de coulée classiques, il est possible de réduire la masse, le coût des matériaux et le coût d'usinage du vilebrequin ; et la puissance du compresseur alternatif est réduite, au moins dans une certaine mesure, pendant le fonctionnement, améliorant la fiabilité du compresseur alternatif.
