Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a GOA drive unit and a drive circuit. The GOA drive unit comprises a first pull-down transistor (T42), a second pull-down transistor (T43), a third pull-down transistor (T32), a fourth pull-down transistor (T33), a fifth pull-down transistor (T56) for maintaining a low voltage of the gate electrodes of the first pull-down transistor (T42) and the third pull-down transistor (T32), and a sixth pull-down transistor (T66) for a maintaining a low voltage of the gate electrodes of the second pull-down transistor (T43) and the fourth pull-down transistor (T33). The drive unit can reliably stabilize the voltage of key circuit nodes in a circuit.
(FR) L'invention concerne une unité d'attaque de GOA et un circuit d'attaque. L'unité d'attaque de GOA comprend un premier transistor de résistance de rappel (T42), un deuxième transistor de résistance de rappel (T43), un troisième transistor de résistance de rappel (T32), un quatrième transistor de résistance de rappel (T33), un cinquième transistor de résistance de rappel (T56) permettant de maintenir une basse tension des électrodes de grille du premier transistor de résistance de rappel (T42) et du troisième transistor de résistance de rappel (T32), et un sixième transistor de résistance de rappel (T66) permettant de maintenir une basse tension des électrodes de grille du second transistor de résistance de rappel (T43) et du quatrième transistor de résistance de rappel (T33).
