Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a bell-type annealing furnace, comprising an annealing furnace outer cover (1), an annealing furnace inner cover (2), a furnace platform base (3), a furnace platform fan (4), a material column (5) and a material tray (6). The annealing furnace outer cover (1) and the annealing furnace inner cover (2) are both mounted at the top of the furnace platform base (3). The furnace platform fan (4) is mounted at the bottom of the furnace platform base (3), and an output shaft of the furnace platform fan (4) penetrates through the furnace platform base (3) and is fixed to a fan impeller (7). The material column (5) is a hollow column, and is vertically fixed to the furnace platform base (3), and the fan impeller (7) is covered inside the material column (5). The material tray (6) is annularly wound around the side wall of the material column (5), and is in communication with the material column (5). Through holes (8) are uniformly formed in the surface of the material tray (6). Positioning fasteners (9) are vertically arranged upwards in the radial direction. The annealing furnace improves the thermal insulation effect, effectively performing heat treatment on castings, thus facilitating reduction of heat consumption.
(FR) L'invention concerne un four de recuit de type en cloche, comprenant un couvercle (1) externe de four de recuit, un couvercle (2) interne de four de recuit, une base (3) de plate-forme de four, un ventilateur (4) de plate-forme de four, une colonne (5) de matériau et un plateau (6) de matériau. Le couvercle (1) externe de four de recuit et le couvercle (2) interne de four de recuit sont tous deux montés sur le dessus de la base (3) de plate-forme de four. Le ventilateur (4) de plate-forme de four est monté au fond de la base (3) de plate-forme de four et un arbre de sortie du ventilateur (4) de plate-forme de four pénètre à travers la base (3) de plate-forme de four et est fixé à une roue (7) de ventilateur. La colonne (5) de matériau est une colonne creuse et est fixée verticalement à la base (3) de plate-forme de four et la roue (7) de ventilateur est recouverte à l'intérieur de la colonne (5) de matériau. Le plateau (6) de matériau est enroulé de manière annulaire autour de la paroi latérale de la colonne (5) de matériau et est en communication avec la colonne (5) de matériau. Des trous traversants (8) sont formés uniformément dans la surface du plateau (6) de matériau. Des éléments de fixation (9) de positionnement sont agencés verticalement vers le haut dans la direction radiale. Le four de recuit améliore l'effet d'isolation thermique, réalise efficacement un traitement thermique sur des pièces coulées, ce qui facilite la réduction de la consommation de chaleur.
