(ZH) 一种光致修复微胶囊的制备方法
Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method of preparing a photoinitiated selfrepairing microcapsule, comprising: (1) obtaining a capsule core material emulsion by stirring a coumarin compound and sodium lauryl sulfate at 40-55 ℃ (water bath), dropwisely adding water, and emulsifying 20-40min; (2) obtaining a capsule wall prepolymer material solution by mixing urea and aqueous formaldehyde solution, adjusting pH to 8-9 and reacting at 60-70 ℃ for 1-2 hours; (3) obtaining a solution containing microcapsules by slowly dripping the capsule wall prepolymer material solution of step (2) into the capsule core material emulsion of step (1) under stirring, adjusting the pH value to be neutral and curing. The coating process of the method is simple and safe with no need for for a catalyst,and has a low cost. The coumarin-based capsule core material can be cross-linked under photoinitiation to repair micro-cracks, and the capsulate wall material is an environmentally friendly co-condensed resin of urea-formaldehyde.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une microcapsule d'auto-réparation photo-initiée, consistant à : (1) obtenir une émulsion du matériau du cœur de la capsule par agitation d'un composé à base de coumarine et de laurylsulfate de sodium à 40 à 55 °C (bain d'eau), ajout goutte à goutte d'eau et émulsification pendant 20 à 40 min; (2) obtenir une solution de matériau prépolymère de la paroi de la capsule en mélangeant de l'urée et une solution aqueuse de formaldéhyde, ajuster le pH à 8 à 9 et faire réagir à 60 à 70 °C pendant 1 à 2 heures; (3) obtenir une solution contenant des microcapsules en ajoutant lentement goutte à goutte la solution du matériau prépolymère de la paroi de la capsule de l'étape (2) dans l'émulsion du matériau du cœur de la capsule de l'étape (1) sous agitation, ajuster la valeur de pH de sorte à ce qu'elle soit neutre et durcir. Le processus de revêtement du procédé est simple et sûr, ne nécessite pas de catalyseur et présente un coût faible. Le matériau du cœur de la capsule à base de coumarine peut être réticulé sous photo-initiation pour réparer des microfissures, et le matériau de la paroi de la capsule est une résine d'urée-formaldéhyde co-condensée, respectueuse de l'environnement.
(ZH) 提供一种光致自修复微胶囊的制备方法,包括步骤:(1)将香豆素类化合物和十二烷基硫酸钠在40-55℃(水浴)下搅拌,并滴加水,乳化20-40min后,得到囊芯材料乳液;(2)将尿素与甲醛水溶液混合,调节pH至8-9,在60-70℃下反应1-2h,得到囊壁预聚体材料溶液;(3)在搅拌条件下,将步骤(2)中的囊壁预聚体材料溶液缓慢滴入步骤(1)中的囊芯材料乳液中,调节pH值至中性,固化后得到含有微胶囊的溶液。该方法包覆过程简单,安全,不需要催化剂,成本较低,香豆素类化合物的囊芯材料能够在光触发诱导的情况下,发生交联反应,对微裂缝进行修复;囊壁材料是尿素-甲醛的共缩聚树脂,对环境友好。
