Title: X80 AND LOWER STEEL GRADE PIPELINE STEEL FOR DEEP SEA DRILLING RISER AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Abstract:
Disclosed is an X80 and lower steel grade pipeline steel for a deep sea drilling riser. Calculated according to mass percentage, the chemical composition of the steel is: C 0.04-0.08%, Mn 1.7-1.85%, Si 0.25-0.45%, S ≤0.001%, P ≤0.010%, Nb 0.02-0.04%, Ti 0.008-0.03%, V 0.01-0.06%, Alt ≤0.06%, N ≤0.010%, O ≤0.006%, Mo ≤0.30%, Cu ≤0.30%, Ni 0.15-0.35%, Cr 0.15-0.45%, and Ca ≤0.01%, the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities. The steel plate smelting process comprises: preparing the material→rotary furnace or electric furnace smelting→out of furnace refining→continuous casting→slab reheating→specific TMCP process→air cooling to room temperature. The present pipeline steel can improve the mechanical properties of deep sea risers.
