Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a cabin wood drying device and drying method of a side draught fan type The drying device comprises: a cabin, an in-cabin apparatus support frame (23), a drying device humidity-adjustment and air-exchange system, an in-cabin wood drying medium forced circulation system (16), a heat exchanger system (6), a drying medium state monitoring and sensing system and a dried wood moisture content monitoring sensor system. The drying method comprises: stacking wood; closing a cabin cover (10); drying the wood; detecting the degree of dryness of the wood; and adjusting, according to a detection result, a drying medium state.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de séchage de bois de cabine et un procédé de séchage de type à ventilateur latéral. Le dispositif de séchage comprend : une cabine, un châssis de support d'appareil interne à la cabine (23), un système de régulation d'humidité et d'échange d'air de dispositif de séchage, un système de circulation forcée de milieu de séchage de bois interne à la cabine (16), un système échangeur de chaleur (6), un système de surveillance et de détection d'état de milieu de séchage et un système de détection pour surveiller la teneur en humidité de bois séché. Le procédé de séchage consiste : à empiler du bois ; à fermer un couvercle de cabine (10) ; à sécher le bois ; à détecter le degré de siccité du bois ; et à ajuster, en fonction d’un résultat de détection, un état de milieu de séchage.
(ZH) 一种侧风机型船舱木材干燥装置及干燥方法。干燥装置包括：船舱、舱内设备承载框架（23）、干燥装置调湿换气系统、舱内木材干燥介质强制循环系统（16）、换热器系统（6）、干燥介质状态监测传感系统和被干燥木材含水率监测传感器系统。干燥方法包括：木材堆放；盖好舱盖（10）；对木材进行干燥；对木材的干燥程度进行检测；根据检测结果调整干燥介质状态。
