Abstract:
An apparatus for testing the performance of an ultrasonic flaw detector, comprising a multiplexer (7) connected to a high-voltage signal source interface (8) for transmission by the ultrasonic flaw detector, an ultrasonic transducer group (1, 2, 3) and a reflector simulant (4, 5, 6), wherein the multiplexer (7) is connected to the ultrasonic transducer group (1, 2, 3); the ultrasonic transducer group (1, 2, 3) is connected to the reflector simulant (4, 5, 6); the ultrasonic transducer group (1, 2, 3) comprises ultrasonic transducers (1, 2, 3) manufactured by simulating the performance of 2.5MHZφ2 normal probes and sufficiently coupled with the reflector simulant; and the reflector simulant (4, 5, 6) is used for simulating the thickness of the front and back surfaces of a CSK-IA test block, the gaps and steel depth at the positions of 89 mm and 91 mm of the CSK-IA, as well as a CS-1-5 test block.
