Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method and device for voice switching. The method comprises: a terminal requests a base station for measurement configuration information; the terminal measures the signal strength and the signal quality of a neighboring frequency point on the basis of the measurement configuration information, the measurement configuration information comprising information of the neighboring frequency point; the terminal transmits a measurement report to the base station, the measurement report comprising a neighboring first frequency point, the signal strength of the neighboring first frequency point being greater than a preset signal strength threshold, and the signal quality of the neighboring first frequency point being superior than a preset signal quality threshold; and the terminal executes an SRVCC switching on the basis of an instruction of the base station. The terminal actively triggers the STVCC switching, thus reducing the number of voice calls dropped as a result of network congestion.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de commutation vocale. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : un terminal demande des informations de configuration de mesurage à une station de base ; le terminal mesure l'intensité de signal et la qualité de signal d'un point de fréquence voisin sur la base des informations de configuration de mesurage, les informations de configuration de mesurage comprenant des informations du point de fréquence voisin ; le terminal transmet un rapport de mesurage à la station de base, le rapport de mesurage comprenant un premier point de fréquence voisin, l'intensité de signal du premier point de fréquence voisin étant supérieure à un seuil de force de signal prédéfini, et la qualité de signal du premier point de fréquence voisin étant supérieure à un seuil de qualité de signal prédéfini ; et le terminal exécute une commutation SRVCC sur la base d'une instruction de la station de base. Comme le terminal déclenche la commutation STVCC activement, le nombre d'appels vocaux abandonnés en raison d'un encombrement du réseau est réduit.
