Title: THRESHING SEPARATION LOAD SELF-ADAPTIVE ADJUSTMENT AND CONTROL SYSTEM FOR TANGENTIAL FLOW AND LONGITUDINAL AXIAL FLOW DEVICE
Abstract:
Disclosed are a tangential flow and longitudinal axial flow threshing separation load self-adaptive adjustment and control system and adjustment and control method for a combine harvester. The adjustment and control system mainly comprises an attachment loss monitoring device (8), a grain crush rate monitoring device (9), a tangential flow concave plate outlet clearance adjustment device (10), an oscillating plate load monitoring device (602), a return plate load monitoring device (502) and an on-line monitoring and control system. By monitoring a grain crush rate, an attachment loss rate, a tangential flow concave plate outlet clearance, a tangential flow drum rotational speed and a longitudinal axial flow drum rotational speed in real time, according to differential signals of an impact force sensor and an inertia force sensor, a load ratio between a tangential flow threshing separation device and a longitudinal axial flow threshing separation device is calculated so as to adjust and control the tangential flow concave plate outlet clearance, the tangential flow drum rotational speed and the longitudinal axial flow drum rotational speed, such that a threshing separation load ratio between the tangential flow threshing separation device and the longitudinal axial flow threshing separation device is within a rational range, thereby fulfilling the harvesting requirements of different varieties of crops with characteristics such as being difficult to thresh and being easy to thresh, and maintaining the best threshing ability and better adaptability.
