Abstract:
Disclosed is a tread force detection device, comprising a main shaft (7), and further comprising a wheel hub (1), a torque takeoff seat (2), a flywheel (8) and a flywheel seat (3), wherein the wheel hub (1) and the torque takeoff seat (2) are respectively arranged on the main shaft (7) via a bearing, the torque takeoff seat (2) is fixedly connected to the wheel hub (1), the torque takeoff seat (2) is provided with a torsional deformation portion (21), and the torsional deformation portion (21) is provided with a sensor (4); the flywheel seat (3) is sheathed outside the torque takeoff seat (2), a ratchet device and a rolling ball (6) are arranged between the flywheel seat (3) and the torque takeoff seat (2), the ratchet device is used for a relative unidirectional rotation between the flywheel seat (3) and the torque takeoff seat (2), and the rolling ball (6) is used for axial and radial positioning between the flywheel seat (3) and the torque takeoff seat (2). The tread force detection device is mounted on the main shaft (7) and is hidden inside the flywheel seat (3), thereby not affecting the overall appearance of the vehicle, and having a simple overall structure and a longer service life.
