Abstract:
Disclosed is an exercise mat with high rebound resilience, wherein the exercise mat is manufactured by the same method as ordinary manufacturing methods, and is composed of the following components in parts by weight: the exercise mat consisting of the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of a base resin; 0.5 part of stearic acid; 30 parts of an N-220 black carbon powder; 30 parts of an EPDM rubber powder; 5 parts of a naphthenic oil; 1 part of a phenolic resin; 0.6 part of an M accelerator; 0.1 part of a TMTD accelerator; 6 parts of activated carbon. The advantages of the exercise mat lie in: the exercise mat made by the formulation above is not easily polluted, deformed and worn, is easy to dehumidify and has good heat insulation; the mat can be suitable for treading on by people intensively and has good elasticity to meet exercise requirements.
