Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for generating primers and/or probes for use in analyzing a sample which may comprise a pathogen target sequence comprising providing a set of input genomic sequence to one or more target pathogens, generating a set of target sequences from the set of input genomic sequences, identifying one or more highly conserved target sequences, and generating one or more primers, one or more probes, or a primer pair and probe combination based on the one or more conserved target sequences.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une méthode de génération d'amorces et/ou de sondes à utiliser dans l'analyse d'un échantillon pouvant comporter une séquence cible d'agent pathogène, qui comprenant les étapes consistant : à fournir un ensemble de séquences génomiques d'entrée correspondant à un ou plusieurs agents pathogènes cibles, à générer un ensemble de séquences cibles à partir de l'ensemble de séquences génomiques d'entrée, à identifier une ou plusieurs séquences cibles hautement conservées, et à générer une ou plusieurs amorces, une ou plusieurs sondes, ou une paire d'amorces et une combinaison de sondes sur la base de la ou des séquences cibles conservées.
