Methods, systems and devices for providing cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) to a patient using a leadless cardiac pacemaker (LCP) and an extracardiac device (ED). The LCP is configured to deliver pacing therapy at a pacing interval. Illustratively, the ED may be configured to analyze the cardiac cycle including a portion preceding the pacing therapy delivery for one or several cardiac cycles, and determine whether an interval from the P-wave to the pace therapy in the cardiac cycle(s) is in a desired range. In an example, if the P-wave to pace interval is outside the desired range, the ED communicates to the LCP to adjust the pacing interval.

Des procédés, systèmes et dispositifs pour fournir une thérapie de resynchronisation cardiaque (CRT) à un patient, à l'aide d'un stimulateur cardiaque sans fil (LCP), et d'un dispositif extracardiaque (ED). Le LCP est configuré pour distribuer une thérapie de synchronisation à un intervalle de stimulation. A titre d'exemple, l'ED peut être configuré pour analyser le cycle cardiaque comprenant une partie précédant l'administration de la thérapie de synchronisation pour un, ou plusieurs cycles cardiaques, et déterminer si l'intervalle entre l'onde P et la thérapie de synchronisation du cycle cardiaque (s) se trouve dans la plage désirée. Par exemple, si l'intervalle de stimulation de l'onde P est en dehors de la plage désirée, l'ED communique avec le LCP pour ajuster l'intervalle de stimulation.
