Abstract:
(EN) A method is provided for controlling an additive manufacturing process in which a radiant energy source is used to selectively cure a layer of resin to form a workpiece. The method includes: curing a first portion of the layer using a first application of radiant energy at a first energy level; and curing a second portion of the layer using a second application of radiant energy at a second energy level different from the first energy level.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de commande d'un processus de fabrication additive dans lequel une source d'énergie rayonnante est utilisée de manière à durcir sélectivement une couche de résine de manière à former une pièce. Le procédé comprend : le durcissement d'une première partie de la couche à l'aide d'une première application d'énergie rayonnante à un premier niveau d'énergie ; et le durcissement d'une seconde partie de la couche à l'aide d'une seconde application d'énergie rayonnante à un second niveau d'énergie différent du premier niveau d'énergie.
