Abstract:
(EN) An additive manufacturing system (100) includes an extruder (118) that includes a drive mechanism (124), a nozzle (122), and a pressure sensor (140). The drive mechanism is configured to feed a molten consumable material. The nozzle is attached at a distal end (132) of the extruder and includes a nozzle tip (127), through which the molten consumable material is discharged as an extrudate. A pressure interface (146) is fluidically coupled to an interior cavity (142) of the nozzle. The pressure sensor is configured to operably measure a pressure within the interior cavity of the nozzle through the pressure interface.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de fabrication additive (100) comprenant une extrudeuse (118) qui comprend un mécanisme d'entraînement (124), une buse (122) et un capteur de pression (140). Le mécanisme d'entraînement est conçu pour alimenter un matériau consommable fondu. La buse est fixée à une extrémité distale (132) de l'extrudeuse et comprend une pointe de buse (127) à travers laquelle le matériau consommable fondu est évacué sous la forme d'un extrudat.
