Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing a recombinant Acremonium chrysogenum strain which produces 7-aminocephalosporanic acid at a high concentration, and to a strain produced using the method. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a method for producing an Acremonium chrysogenum strain which has a high 7-ACA production capability; a recombinant Acremonium chrysogenum strain produced using the method; a method for producing 7-ACA, wherein the strain is cultured under conditions capable of producing 7-ACA and collected; a promoter for highly expressing protein in an Acremonium chrysogenum strain used in the method for producing 7-ACA; an expression vector for highly expressing CPC acylase in an Acremonium chrysogenum strain; a use of the strain in the production of 7-ACA; a use of the produced 7-ACA in the production of an antibiotic agent; and a method for treating bacterial infectious diseases, wherein the method comprises administering the 7-ACA. According to the method of the present invention, 7-ACA can be produced at a high concentration by producing a recombinant Acremonium chrysogenum strain and fermenting the same.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une souche recombinante Acremonium chrysogenum qui produit de l'acide 7-aminocéphalosporanique à une concentration élevée, et une souche produite à l'aide du procédé. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne : un procédé de production d'une souche Acremonium chrysogenum qui a une capacité de production de 7-ACA élevée ; une souche recombinante Acremonium chrysogenum produite à l'aide du procédé ; un procédé de production de 7-ACA, la souche étant cultivée dans des conditions capables de produire 7-ACA et collectée ; un promoteur pour exprimer fortement une protéine dans une souche Acremonium chrysogenum utilisée dans le procédé de production de 7-ACA ; un vecteur d'expression pour exprimer fortement la CPC acylase dans une souche Acremonium chrysogenum ; une utilisation de la souche dans la production de 7-ACA ; une utilisation du 7-ACA produit dans la production d'un agent antibiotique ; et un procédé de traitement de maladies infectieuses bactériennes, le procédé comprenant l'administration du 7-ACA. Selon le procédé de la présente invention, 7-ACA peut être produit à une concentration élevée par production d'une souche Acremonium chrysogenum recombinante et fermentation de celle-ci.
(KO) 본 발명은 7-아미노세팔로스포란산의 고농도 생산 재조합 아크레모니움 크리 소제눔 균주의 제조방법 및 이 방법으로 제조된 균주에 관한 것이며, 보다 상세하 게는 7-ACA 고생산성 아크레모니움 크리소제눔 균주의 제조 방법, 이 방법으로 제 조된 재조합 아크레모니움 크리소제눔 균주, 상기 균주를 7-ACA를 생산할 수 있는 조건에서 배양하고, 이를 회수하는 7-ACA의 생산방법, 상기 제조방법에 이용된 아 크레모니움 크리소제눔 균주에서의 단백질 고발현용 프로모터, 아크레모니움 크리 소제눔 균주에서의 CPC 아실라제 고발현용 발현 백터, 상기 균주를 7-ACA 생산에 사용하는 용도, 상기 생산된 7— ACA를 항생제 제조에 사용하는 용도 및 상기 7-ACA 를 투여하는 것을 포함하는 세균 감염성 질환의 치료방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명 의 방법에 의하면 재조합 아크레모니움 크리소제눔 균주를 제조하여 이의 발효를 통하여 7-ACA를 고농도로 제조할수 있다.
