Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a neural element having a conditional response function and an operational method for the neural element. Between two electrodes, upper and lower, are quantum dots and a polymer insulation layer. Conductive filaments form on the surfaces of the quantum dots and polymer insulation layer. When a positive pulse, which is a non-conditional stimulus signal, is applied, a conductive filament is formed and a low-resistance state is established. As the frequency of application of a negative pulse, which is a conditional stimulus signal, increases, the neural element switches from a high-resistance state to a low-resistance state. By such means, neural elements having the capacity to learn conditional stimulus signals can be implemented and operated.
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément neuronal ayant une fonction de réponse conditionnelle et un procédé d'exploitation pour l'élément neuronal. Entre deux électrodes, supérieur et inférieur, se trouvent des points quantiques et une couche d'isolation polymère. Des filaments conducteurs se forment sur les surfaces des points quantiques et de la couche d'isolation polymère. Lorsqu'une impulsion positive, qui est un signal de stimulus non conditionnel, est appliquée, un filament conducteur est formé et un état de faible résistance est établi. Lorsque la fréquence d'application d'une impulsion négative, qui est un signal de stimulus conditionnel, augmente, l'élément neuronal passe d'un état de haute résistance à un état de faible résistance. Par de tels moyens, des éléments neuronaux ayant la capacité d'apprendre des signaux de stimulus conditionnels peuvent être mis en œuvre et exploités.
(KO) 조건 반사 기능이 부여된 신경 소자 및 이의 구동방법이 개시된다. 상하부 2개의 전극들 사이에는 양자점과 고분자 절연층이 형성된다. 양자점과 고분자 절연층의 계면은 전도성 필라멘트의 형성이 이루어진다. 무조건 자극 신호인 양의 펄스가 인가되면 전도성 필라멘트는 형성되고, 저저항 상태를 구현한다. 조건 자극 신호인 음의 펄스의 인가 횟수가 증가함에 따라 신경 소자는 고저항 상태에서 저저항 상태로 전환된다. 이를 통해 조건 자극 신호에 대한 학습능력을 가진 신경 소자를 구현하고, 구동할 수 있다.
