Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing silicon-based active material particles for a secondary battery and silicon-based active material particles. A method for producing silicon-based active material particles for a secondary battery according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a step of providing silicon powder; a step of providing a pre-pulverization mixture in which the silicon powder is dispersed in a solvent for dispersion comprising an antioxidant; a step of applying mechanical compression and shear stress to the silicon powder of the pre-pulverization mixture to refine the silicon powder, thereby forming silicon particles having an oxygen content controlled by the antioxidant; and a step of drying the resulting material comprising the silicon particles to obtain silicon-based active material particles.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un procédé de préparation de particules de matériau actif à base de silicium pour batterie secondaire, et sur des particules de matériau actif à base de silicium. L'invention concerne un procédé de production de particules de matériau actif à base de silicium pour une batterie secondaire selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention qui peut comprendre : une étape de fourniture de poudre de silicium; une étape consistant à fournir un mélange de pré-pulvérisation dans lequel la poudre de silicium est dispersée dans un solvant pour une dispersion comprenant un antioxydant; une étape d'application d'une compression mécanique et d'une contrainte de cisaillement à la poudre de silicium du mélange de pré-pulvérisation pour raffiner la poudre de silicium, formant ainsi des particules de silicium ayant une teneur en oxygène contrôlée par l'antioxydant; et une étape de séchage du matériau résultant comprenant les particules de silicium pour obtenir des particules de matériau actif à base de silicium.
(KO) 본 발명은 2 차 전지용 실리콘계 활물질 입자의 제조 방법 및 실리콘계 활물질 입자에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 실리콘계 활물질 입자의 제조 방법은, 실리콘 파우더를 제공하는 단계, 상기 실리콘 파우더를 항산화제를 포함하는 분산용 용매에 분산시킨 분쇄전 혼합물을 제공하는 단계, 상기 분쇄전 혼합물의 상기 실리콘 파우더에 기계적 압축 및 전단 응력을 인가하여 상기 실리콘 파우더를 세립화하여 상기 항산화제에 의해 제어되는 산소 함유량을 가지는 실리콘 입자들을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 실리콘 입자를 포함하는 결과물을 건조하여, 실리콘계 활물질 입자를 수득하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
