Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a hot-rolled galvanizing steel sheet having excellent galling resistance and formability, and a method for manufacturing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a hot-rolled galvanizing steel sheet, comprising: a base steel; and a hot-rolled galvanizing layer formed on the surface of the base steel, wherein the hot-rolled galvanizing layer provides a hot-rolled galvanizing steel sheet having a Mn crystallite having a size of 10 ㎛ or less between the resin dendrites of zinc that form sequins, and in addition, provided is a method for manufacturing a hot-rolled galvanizing steel sheet comprising: depositing a steel sheet to be plated in a hot-rolled galvanizing solution at a temperature of 440 °C to 480 °C containing 0.05 to 0.6 wt% of manganese, 99 wt% or more of zinc and unavoidable impurities, applying the plating solution to the same and taking out the same therefrom; then cooling the steel sheet applied with the hot-rolled galvanizing solution to solidify the plating solution and form a plating layer, wherein the cooling is performed at a cooling rate of -10 °C/s or lower in a section where a steel sheet has a temperature of 430 °C to 410 °C.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une tôle d'acier de galvanisation laminée à chaud possédant une excellente résistance au grippage et une excellente aptitude au formage, et un procédé de fabrication de ladite tôle. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, l'invention concerne une tôle d'acier de galvanisation laminée à chaud, comprenant : un acier de base ; et une couche de galvanisation laminée à chaud formée sur la surface de l'acier de base, la couche de galvanisation laminée à chaud fournissant une tôle d'acier de galvanisation laminée à chaud possédant une cristallite de Mn possédant une taille de 10 µm ou moins entre les dendrites de résine de zinc qui forment des paillettes, et en outre, l'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une tôle d'acier de galvanisation laminée à chaud comprenant : le dépôt d'une tôle d'acier devant être plaquée dans une solution de galvanisation de laminage à chaud à une température de 440 °C à 480 °C comportant 0,05 à 0,6 % en poids de manganèse, 99 % en poids ou plus de zinc et des impuretés inévitables, l'application de la solution de placage sur ladite tôle et l'extraction de ladite tôle de la solution ; puis le refroidissement de la tôle d'acier enduite de solution de galvanisation de laminage à chaud en vue de solidifier la solution de placage et former une couche de placage, le refroidissement étant effectué à une vitesse de refroidissement de -10 °C/s ou moins dans une section où une tôle d'acier possède une température de 430 °C à 410° C.
(KO) 본 발명은 내골링성 및 성형성이 우수한 용융아연도금강판 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따르면, 소지철 및 상기 소지철 표면에 형성된 용융아연도금층을 포함하며, 상기 용융아연도금층은 스팽글을 형성하는 아연의 수지상정 사이에 크기가 10㎛ 이하의 Mn 정출물을 갖는 용융아연도금강판을 제공하며, 또한 망간 0.05 내지 0.6중량%, 아연 99중량% 이상 및 불가피 불순물을 포함하는 440℃ 내지 480℃ 온도의 용융아연 도금액에 피도금강판을 침적하여 도금액을 도포한 후 꺼내고, 이어서 상기 용융아연 도금액이 도포된 강판을 냉각하여 도금액을 응고시킴으로써 도금층을 형성하되, 상기 냉각은 강판온도가 430℃ 내지 410℃ 구간의 냉각속도를 -10℃/s 이하로 수행하는 것인 용융아연도금강판 제조방법을 제공한다.
