Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a novel diamine compound capable of producing a polymer which exhibits greatly enhanced mechanical properties and heat resistance while maintaining transparency. A film including a polymer produced using the diamine compound has excellent transparency, heat resistance, mechanical strength, and flexibility, and thus can be used in various fields, such as in a device substrate, a display cover substrate, an optical film, an integrated circuit (IC) package, an adhesive film, a multilayer flexible printed circuit (FPC), a tape, a touch panel, an optical disc protection film, and the like.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un nouveau composé diamine capable de produire un polymère qui présente des propriétés mécaniques et une résistance à la chaleur considérablement améliorées tout en conservant la transparence. Un film comprenant un polymère produit à l'aide du composé diamine présente une excellente transparence, une excellente résistance à la chaleur, une résistance mécanique et une flexibilité excellentes, et peut ainsi être utilisé dans divers domaines, tels que dans un substrat de dispositif, un substrat pour revêtement d'écran, un film optique, un circuit intégré (IC), un film adhésif, un circuit imprimé flexible multicouche (FPC), une bande, un panneau tactile, un film de protection de disque optique, et analogues.
(KO) 본 발명은, 투명성을 유지하면서 기계적 물성과 내열성이 크게 향상된 고분자 중합체를 제조할 수 있는 신규 디아민 화합물을 제공한다. 상기 디아민 화합물로 제조된 고분자 중합체를 포함하는 필름은, 투명성, 내열성, 기계적 강도 및 유연성이 우수하여, 소자용 기판, 디스플레이이용 커버기판, 광학필름, IC(integrated circuit) 패키지, 전착필름(adhesive film), 다층 FPC(flexible printed circuit), 테이프, 터치패널, 광디스크용 보호필름 등과 같은 다양한 분야에 사용될 수 있다.
