Abstract:
(EN) A device and a method for nondestructively testing the electrochemical performance of a battery cell are provided. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the testing device comprises: a memory configured so as to store first profile data, second profile data, a first cathode upper limit, a first cathode lower limit, a first anode upper limit, and a first anode lower limit predetermined through a previous experiment for each of a plurality of reference cells; a sensing unit configured so as to measure an open voltage of a test cell in accordance with a change of SOC of the test cell; and a control unit electrically connected with the memory and the sensing unit. The control unit is configured so as to nondestructively test the performance of the test cell on the basis of data associated with the reference cells stored in the memory and data measured by the sensing unit.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant de tester de manière non destructive les performances électrochimiques d'une cellule de batterie. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, le dispositif de test comprend : une mémoire configurée de façon à mémoriser des premières données de profil, des secondes données de profil, une première limite supérieure de cathode, une première limite inférieure de cathode, une première limite supérieure d'anode et une première limite inférieure d'anode prédéfinies par l'intermédiaire d'une expérience précédente pour chaque cellule d'une pluralité de cellules de référence ; une unité de détection configurée de façon à mesurer une tension ouverte d'une cellule de test en fonction d'un changement d'état de charge de la cellule de test ; et une unité de commande connectée électriquement à la mémoire et à l'unité de détection. L'unité de commande est configurée de façon à tester de manière non destructive les performances de la cellule de test sur la base de données associées aux cellules de référence mémorisées dans la mémoire et des données mesurées par l'unité de détection.
(KO) 배터리 셀의 전기화학적 성능을 비파괴적으로 테스트하는 장치 및 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 테스트 장치는, 복수의 참조 셀 각각에 대한 사전 실험을 통해 미리 결정된 제1 프로파일 데이터, 제2 프로파일 데이터, 제1 양극 상한값, 제1 양극 하한값, 제1 음극 상한값 및 제1 음극 하한값을 저장하도록 구성된 메모리; 테스트 셀의 SOC의 변화에 따른 상기 테스트 셀의 개방 전압을 측정하도록 구성된 센싱부; 및 상기 메모리 및 상기 센싱부와 전기적으로 연결되는 제어부는 포함한다. 상기 제어부는, 상기 메모리에 저장된 상기 참조 셀에 연관된 데이터 및 상기 센싱부에 의해 측정된 데이터를 기초로, 상기 테스트 셀의 성능을 비파괴적으로 테스트하도록 구성된다.
