Abstract:
(EN) A heat sealing-type rotational laminated core manufacturing apparatus, according to the present invention, is a laminated core manufacturing apparatus comprising an upper mold (3) and a lower mold (4) and forming and stacking individual laminar members (101), the individual laminar members (101) being formed by having a strip (100A) which is sequentially transferred on an upper portion of the lower mold (4) undergo a piercing process and a blanking process by means of punches provided to the upper mold (3), wherein the laminated core manufacturing apparatus further comprises: a squeeze ring (201) installed on a lower portion of a blanking die (11) for the blanking process; a heating means (202) installed on an outer portion of the squeeze ring (201); and a rotating die (203) having the squeeze ring (201) and the heating means (202) installed therein so as to rotate by a predetermined pitch with the squeeze ring (201) and the heating means (202).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de fabrication de noyau feuilleté rotatif de type à thermoscellage comprenant un moule supérieur (3) et un moule inférieur (4) et formant et empilant des éléments laminaires individuels (101), les éléments laminaires individuels (101) étant formés d'une bande (100A) qui est transférée de manière séquentielle sur une partie supérieure du moule inférieur (4) et subissant un procédé de perçage et un procédé de poinçonnage au moyen de poinçons disposés sur le moule supérieur (3). L'appareil de fabrication de noyau feuilleté comprend en outre : une bague de serrage (201) installée sur une partie inférieure d'une matrice de poinçonnage (11) pour le procédé de poinçonnage ; un moyen de chauffage (202) installé sur une partie externe de la bague de serrage (201) ; et une matrice rotative (203) comportant la bague de serrage (201) et le moyen de chauffage (202) installés en son sein de manière à tourner d'un pas prédéfini avec la bague de serrage (201) et le moyen de chauffage (202).
(KO) 본 발명에 따른 가열 접착식 회전 적층 코어 제조 장치는 상부금형(3)과 하부금형(4)으로 이루어지며, 상부금형(3)에 장착된 펀치가 하부금형(4) 상부에서 순차적으로 이송되는 스트립(100A)을 피어싱 가공 및 블랭킹 가공을 통해 라미나 부재(101) 낱장을 형성하여 적층하는 적층 코어 제조 장치에 있어서, 상기 블랭킹 가공을 위한 블랭킹 다이(11)의 하부에 설치된 스퀴즈 링(201); 상기 스퀴즈 링(201)의 외부에 설치된 가열 수단(202); 및 상기 스퀴즈 링(201)과 상기 가열 수단(202)이 설치되어 상기 스퀴즈 링(201)과 상기 가열 수단(202)과 함께 일정 피치만큼 회전하는 회전 다이(203)를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
