A dust collecting device of the present invention comprises: a primary cyclone part which comprises an outer case having a hollow shape and an inner case which is disposed inside the outer case, the primary cyclone part being configured to separate dust from air introduced from the outside; and a secondary cyclone part which consists of a set of cyclones which separate fine dust from the air which has passed through the primary cyclone part, wherein the secondary cyclone part comprises: casing members which are seated on the inner case and form casings of the respective cyclones arranged along the circumference of a hollow part; and vortex finders comprising guide vanes which are formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof and extend along a spiral direction so as to form a rotational flow, the vortex finders being disposed inside the casings. The casing members form inlet flow paths of the respective cyclones, the inlet flow paths are formed along a direction inclined with respect to the direction facing the center of the vortex finders so as to introduce air in an eccentric direction from the center of the vortex finders, and the respective cyclones comprise a first region and a second region which are formed between the inner circumferential surface of the casing and the outer circumferential surface of the vortex finder. The first region is positioned in the eccentric direction, and the second region is positioned on the opposite side of the first region with respect to the vortex finder. A guide vane which is disposed in the first region, from among the guide vanes, has a height which gradually lowers along the spiral direction which becomes further from the inlet flow path, and a guide vane which is disposed in the second region, from among the guide vanes, has a height which gradually lowers along the spiral direction which becomes closer to the inlet flow path.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de captage de poussière qui comporte : une partie cyclone primaire qui comprend un boîtier externe ayant une forme creuse et un boîtier interne qui est disposé à l’intérieur du boîtier externe, la partie cyclone primaire étant configurée pour séparer la poussière de l’air introduit depuis l’extérieur ; une partie cyclone secondaire qui est constituée d’un ensemble de cyclones qui séparent la poussière fine de l’air qui est passé à travers la partie cyclone primaire, la partie cyclone secondaire comportant : des éléments formant boîtier qui sont logés sur le boîtier interne et qui forment des boîtiers des cyclones respectifs, agencés le long de la circonférence d’une pièce creuse ; des ailettes de turbulence comprenant des vannes de guidage qui sont formées sur leur surface circonférentielle externe et qui s’étendent dans le sens de la spirale afin de former un écoulement rotationnel, les ailettes de turbulence étant disposées à l’intérieur des boîtiers. Les éléments formant boîtier forment des trajets d’écoulement internes des cyclones respectifs, les trajets d’écoulement internes sont formés dans un sens incliné par rapport au sens faisant face au centre des ailettes de turbulence afin d’introduire de l’air dans un sens excentrique depuis le centre des ailettes de turbulence, et les cyclones respectifs comprennent une première région et une seconde région qui sont formées entre la surface circonférentielle interne du boîtier et la surface circonférentielle externe de l’ailette de turbulence. La première région est positionnée dans le sens excentrique et la seconde région est positionnée sur le côté opposé de la première région par rapport à l’ailette de turbulence. Une vanne de guidage qui est disposée dans la première région, parmi les vannes de guidage, présente une hauteur qui diminue progressivement dans le sens de la spirale qui s’éloigne du trajet d’écoulement d’entrée, et une vanne de guidage qui est disposée dans la seconde région, parmi les vannes de guidage, présente une hauteur qui diminue progressivement dans le sens de la spirale qui se rapproche du trajet d’écoulement d’entrée.
