(EN)The present invention relates to a biodegradable stent, having a drug stored in micropores, comprising: a first stent structure having metal wires, which are formed from a shape memory alloy material, woven into a particular pattern on a jig, and thus having a plurality of cells by means of the crossing wires of the woven structure and formed in the shape of a hollow trunk; and a second stent structure which has a plurality of cells by means of crossing wires of a printed structure formed by means of 3D printing using a printing material comprising a biodegradable polymer, has a plurality of drug-storing micropores formed on the entire surface thereof, and, as a 3D printed product formed in the shape of a hollow trunk, covers the outer peripheral side of the first stent structure or of which the outer peripheral side is covered by means of the first stent structure, wherein a drug coating procedure is performed on the surface of the second stent structure after the 3D printing and then a drug is stored in the plurality of drug-storing micropores.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une endoprothèse biodégradable contenant un médicament stocké dans des micropores, comprenant : une première structure d'endoprothèse à base de fils métalliques, qui sont formés à partir d'un matériau d'alliage à mémoire de forme, tissés selon un motif particulier sur un gabarit, et comportant ainsi une pluralité de mailles définies par le croisement des fils de la structure tissée et affectant la forme d'un tronc creux ; et une seconde structure d'endoprothèse qui comporte une pluralité de mailles définies par le croisement des fils d'une structure imprimée formée par impression 3D à l'aide d'un matériau d'impression comprenant un polymère biodégradable, comporte une pluralité de micropores à stockage de médicament formés sur toute sa surface, et à titre de produit imprimé en 3D affectant la forme d'un tronc creux, recouvre le côté périphérique extérieur de la première structure d'endoprothèse ou dont le côté périphérique extérieur est recouvert au moyen de la première structure d'endoprothèse, où un procédé de revêtement médicamenteux est mis en œuvre sur la surface de la seconde structure d'endoprothèse après l'impression 3D, puis un médicament est stocké dans la pluralité de micropores à stockage de médicament.
