Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device and a sealing method therefor. The organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a display substrate; an encapsulation substrate disposed to face the display substrate; a display unit formed on the display substrate and including an organic light emitting element; and a sealing member for bonding the display substrate and the encapsulation substrate with the display unit disposed therebetween. Here, the sealing member is made of crystallized glass so as to minimize a difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the sealing member and a glass substrate, thereby minimizing thermal stress at a bonding surface, and also prevents the progression of cracks with respect to external impact, thereby improving the impact resistance of a display.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage électroluminescent organique et un procédé de scellage de celui-ci. Le dispositif d'affichage électroluminescent organique selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : un substrat d'affichage; un substrat d'encapsulation disposé pour faire face au substrat d'affichage; une unité d'affichage formée sur le substrat d'affichage et comprenant un élément électroluminescent organique; et un élément d'étanchéité pour sceller le substrat d'affichage et le substrat d'encapsulation avec l'unité d'affichage disposée entre eux. Ici, l'élément d'étanchéité est fait de verre cristallisé de façon à minimiser une différence de coefficient de dilatation thermique entre l'élément d'étanchéité et un substrat en verre, ce qui permet de réduire au minimum la contrainte thermique au niveau d'une surface de scellage, et d'empêcher également la propagation de fissures suite à un impact externe, ce qui permet d'améliorer la résistance aux chocs d'un d'affichage.
(KO) 본 발명은 유기 발광 표시 장치 및 그 실링 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 따른 유기 발광 표시 장치는 표시 기판, 표시 기판과 마주하여 배치되는 봉지 기판, 표시 기판 상에 형성되며 유기 발광 소자를 포함하는 디스플레이부 및 디스플레이부를 사이에 두고 표시 기판과 봉지 기판을 접합하기 위한 실링부재를 포함한다. 여기에서, 실링부재는 결정화 유리로 형성되어, 유리기판과의 열팽창계수 차이를 최소화하여 접합면에서의 열응력을 최소화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 외부충격에 대한 크랙의 진전을 차단함으로써 결과적으로 디스플레이의 내충격성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
