Abstract:
(EN) A method for manufacturing a fiber reinforced resin molded body comprises a UD tape manufacturing step and an extrusion molding step. In the UD tape manufacturing step, a UD tape is manufactured. In the extrusion molding step, the UD tape manufactured in the UD tape manufacturing step is introduced into an extrusion die together with melted thermoplastic resin from an extrusion device. In the extrusion die, a cross-sectional shape of the thermoplastic resin is molded into a prescribed cross-sectional shape, while the UD tape and the thermoplastic resin merge with each other. By means of a resin pressure of the thermoplastic resin that has merged with the UD tape, the UD tape is joined to a prescribed region of the thermoplastic resin molded to have the prescribed cross-sectional shape. The thermoplastic resin molded to have the prescribed cross-sectional shape is ejected from the die together with the UD tape that has been joined to the prescribed region, thereby extrusion-molding a fiber reinforced resin molded body.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de fabriquer un corps moulé en résine renforcée par des fibres et comprenant une étape de fabrication de bande UD ainsi qu'une étape de moulage par extrusion. Au cours de l'étape de fabrication de bande UD, une bande UD est fabriquée. Au cours de l'étape de moulage par extrusion, la bande UD fabriquée lors de l'étape de fabrication de bande UD est introduite dans une filière d'extrusion en même temps que la résine thermoplastique fondue provenant d'un dispositif d'extrusion. Dans la filière d'extrusion, une forme de section transversale de la résine thermoplastique est moulée en une forme de section transversale prescrite, tandis que la bande UD et la résine thermoplastique fusionnent l'une avec l'autre. À l'aide de la pression de la résine thermoplastique qui a fusionné avec la bande UD, la bande UD est assemblée avec une zone prescrite de la résine thermoplastique moulée afin d’avoir la forme de section transversale prescrite. La résine thermoplastique moulée pour avoir la forme de section transversale prescrite est éjectée par la matrice en même temps que la bande UD qui a été assemblée avec la zone prescrite, ce qui permet de mouler par extrusion un corps moulé en résine renforcée par des fibres.
(JA) 繊維強化樹脂成形体の製造方法は、UDテープ製造工程と押出成形工程とを含む。UDテープ製造工程でUDテープが製造される。押出成形工程では、UDテープ製造工程で製造されたUDテープが押出装置からの溶融した熱可塑性樹脂と共に押出ダイスに導入される。押出ダイス内で、熱可塑性樹脂の断面形状が所定の断面形状に成形されるとともに、UDテープと熱可塑性樹脂が合流し、UDテープと合流した熱可塑性樹脂の樹脂圧によってUDテープが所定の断面形状に成形された熱可塑性樹脂の所定領域に接合される。所定領域に接合されたUDテープとともに所定の断面形状に成形された熱可塑性樹脂が押出ダイスから排出されることにより、繊維強化樹脂成形体が押出成形される。
