Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a high-quality soup base that enables easy production of soups containing a stuffed dough wrapper food product as an ingredient. The present invention relates to a soup base including a frozen stuffed dough wrapper food product and a frozen soup layer attached to at least a part of the surface of the frozen stuffed dough wrapper food product, wherein the frozen soup layer is not less than 5 wt% but less than 120 wt% with respect to the frozen stuffed dough wrapper food product, and the salt concentration of the frozen soup layer is not less than 0.5 wt% but less than 15 wt%.
