Abstract:
(EN) This solid electrolytic capacitor element is provided with a valve-acting metal substrate having a porous layer in the surface, a dielectric layer formed on the surface of the porous layer, and a solid electrolyte layer provided on the dielectric layer. This solid electrolytic capacitor element is characterized in that: the solid electrolyte layer comprises an inner layer that fills the pores of the dielectric layer, and an outer layer that covers the dielectric layer; the outer layer of the solid electrolyte layer contains a conductive polymer and a sulfonated polyester; and the sulfonation rate of the sulfonated polyester in the outer layer of the solid electrolyte layer is from 3 mol% to 40 mol% (inclusive).
(FR) Cet élément de condensateur électrolytique solide est pourvu d'un substrat métallique à action de soupape ayant une couche poreuse dans la surface, une couche diélectrique formée sur la surface de la couche poreuse, et une couche d'électrolyte solide disposée sur la couche diélectrique. Cet élément de condensateur électrolytique solide est caractérisé en ce que : la couche d'électrolyte solide comprend une couche interne qui remplit les pores de la couche diélectrique, et une couche externe qui recouvre la couche diélectrique; la couche externe de la couche d'électrolyte solide contient un polymère conducteur et un polyester sulfoné; et le taux de sulfonation du polyester sulfoné dans la couche externe de la couche d'électrolyte solide est de 3 % en moles à 40 % en moles (inclus)
(JA) 本発明の固体電解コンデンサ素子は、多孔質層を表面に有する弁作用金属基体と、上記多孔質層の表面に形成された誘電体層と、上記誘電体層上に設けられた固体電解質層とを備える固体電解コンデンサ素子であって、上記固体電解質層は、上記誘電体層の細孔を充填する内層と、上記誘電体層を被覆する外層とを含み、上記固体電解質層の外層は、導電性ポリマー及びスルホン化ポリエステルを含み、上記固体電解質層の外層中の上記スルホン化ポリエステルのスルホン化率が3mol%以上40mol%以下であることを特徴とする。
