(EN) Provided are: a multilayer structure which has achieved a good balance between erosion resistance and fouling resistance; and a component for rotary machines, which has this multilayer structure. A multilayer structure 1 according to the present invention is characterized by having: a nitride layer 5 which is formed on the surface of a base material 3 by subjecting the base material 3 to a nitriding treatment; an intermediate layer 6 which is formed on the surface of the nitride layer 5; and a DLC layer (diamond like carbon layer) 7 which is formed on the surface of the intermediate layer 6. This multilayer structure 1 is applicable to a component that is used in a rotary machine such as a steam turbine.
(FR) L'invention concerne : une structure multicouche ayant un bon équilibre entre la résistance à l'érosion et la résistance à l'encrassement; et un composant pour machines rotatives, ayant cette structure multicouche. La structure multicouche selon la présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend : une couche de nitrure (5) qui est formée sur la surface d'un matériau de base (3) par soumission de celui-ci à un traitement de nitruration; une couche intermédiaire (6) qui est formée sur la surface de la couche de nitrure (5); et une couche DLC (couche de carbone de type diamant) (7) qui est formée sur la surface de la couche intermédiaire (6). Cette structure multicouche (1) est applicable à un composant qui est utilisé dans une machine rotative telle qu'une turbine à vapeur.
