Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for efficiently purifying scandium by separating scandium and impurities from an acidic solution which contains scandium and impurities that include iron. A method for purifying scandium according to the present invention subjects an acidic solution, which contains an element component including at least ion, while containing scandium, to solvent extraction by means of a mixed extractant containing a phosphoric acid-based extractant and a neutral extractant, thereby extracting scandium from the acidic solution. It is preferable that the phosphoric acid-based extractant is contained in the mixed extractant at a mixing molar ratio within the range of from 5% to 50% (inclusive). It is also preferable that the pH of the acidic solution is adjusted to a value within the range of from 0.0 to 2.0 (inclusive) before the solvent extraction.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé de purification efficace du scandium par séparation du scandium et d'impuretés à partir d'une solution acide qui contient du scandium et des impuretés qui comprennent du fer. Un procédé de purification du scandium selon l'invention soumet une solution acide qui contient un constituant élémentaire comprenant au moins le fer, tout en contenant du scandium, à une extraction par solvant au moyen d'un agent d'extraction mixte contenant un agent d'extraction à base d'acide phosphorique et un agent d'extraction neutre, de sorte à extraire le scandium de la solution acide. De préférence, l'agent d'extraction à base d'acide phosphorique est contenu dans l'agent d'extraction mixte suivant un rapport molaire de mélange dans la plage de 5 à 50 % (inclus). De préférence, le pH de la solution acide est ajusté à une valeur dans la plage de 0,0 à 2,0 (inclus) avant l'extraction par solvant.
(JA) スカンジウムを含有するとともに鉄を含む不純物を含有する酸性溶液から、スカンジウムと不純物とを分離してスカンジウムを効率的に精製する方法を提供する。 本発明に係るスカンジウムの精製方法は、スカンジウムを含有するとともに、少なくとも鉄を含む元素成分を含有する酸性溶液を、リン酸系抽出剤と中性抽出剤とを含有する混合抽出剤による溶媒抽出に付し、その酸性溶液からスカンジウムを抽出する。ここで、混合抽出剤においては、リン酸性抽出剤がモル比で5%以上50%以下の範囲の混合割合で含まれていることが好ましい。また、溶媒抽出に先立ち、酸性溶液のpHを0.0以上2.0以下の範囲に調整することが好ましい。
