Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a rubber crosslinked product obtained by crosslinking a rubber composition containing a conjugated diene rubber and an inorganic filler, characterized in that when the rubber crosslinked product is vibrated by 5-kHz sine waves, the ratio L(i)/L(m) of the loss tangent value L(i) of an interface component forming an interface with the inorganic filler, of crosslinked rubber components, to the loss tangent value L(m) of a non-interface component forming portions other than the interface with the inorganic filler, of the crosslinked rubber components, is 0.85 or less, where the loss tangents are measured using an atomic force microscope.
(FR) L'invention concerne un produit réticulé en caoutchouc obtenu par réticulation d'une composition de caoutchouc contenant un caoutchouc diénique conjugué et une charge inorganique, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque le produit réticulé en caoutchouc est mis en vibration par des ondes sinusoïdales de 5 kHz, le rapport L(i)/L(m) de la valeur du facteur de dissipation L(i) d'un constituant d'interface formant une interface avec la charge inorganique, des constituants de caoutchouc réticulé, à la valeur du facteur de dissipation L(m) d'un constituant sans interface formant des parties autres que l'interface avec la charge inorganique, des constituants de caoutchouc réticulé, est de 0,85 ou moins, les facteurs de dissipation étant mesurés à l'aide d'un microscope à force atomique.
(JA) 共役ジエン系ゴムと、無機充填剤とを含有するゴム組成物を架橋してなるゴム架橋物であって、前記ゴム架橋物に対し、5kHzの正弦波による振動を与えた状態にて、原子間力顕微鏡を用いて損失正接を測定した際における、架橋ゴム成分のうち、前記無機充填剤との界面以外の部分を形成する非界面成分の損失正接値L(m)と、架橋ゴム成分のうち、前記無機充填剤との界面を形成する界面成分の損失正接値L(i)との比L(i)/L(m)が0.85以下であることを特徴とするゴム架橋物を提供する。
