Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide an electric power steering device that has a plurality of dead time compensation functions that compensate inverter dead time and, without tuning work: switches dead time compensation functions and compensates, in accordance with a steering state; improves steering performance; improves current waveform distortion; improves current control responsiveness; and suppresses noise, vibration and ripples. [Solution] A vector control-type electric power steering device that: calculates a steering assistance command value for d and q axes on the basis of at least steering torque; calculates d and q axis current command values from the steering assistance command values; converts the d and q axis current command values to 3-phase Duty command values; drive controls a 3-phase brushless motor by using a PWM control inverter; and applies assistance torque to a vehicle steering mechanism. The electric power steering device has a plurality of dead time compensation functions having differing compensation performance on inverter dead time and performs dead time compensation by switching from one of the plurality of dead time compensation functions to another dead time compensation function, under prescribed conditions.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un dispositif de direction assistée électrique qui a une pluralité de fonctions de compensation de temps mort qui compensent le temps mort d'onduleur et, sans besoin d'adaptation : commute des fonctions de compensation de temps mort et compense en fonction d'un état de direction; améliore la performance de direction; améliore la distorsion de forme d'onde actuelle; améliore la réactivité de commande de courant; et supprime le bruit, les vibrations et les ondulations. À cet effet, l'invention concerne un dispositif de direction assistée électrique de type à commande vectorielle qui : calcule une valeur d'instruction d'assistance de direction pour les axes d et q sur la base d'au moins un couple de direction; calcule des valeurs d'instruction de courant des axes d et q à partir des valeurs d'instruction d'assistance de direction; convertit les valeurs d'instruction de courant des axes d et q en valeurs d'instruction de service triphasé; commande l'entraînement d'un moteur sans balai triphasé à l'aide d'un onduleur de commande PWM; et applique un couple d'assistance à un mécanisme de direction de véhicule. Le dispositif de direction assistée électrique a une pluralité de fonctions de compensation de temps mort présentant une performance de compensation différente sur le temps mort de l'onduleur et effectue une compensation de temps mort par commutation d'une parmi la pluralité de fonctions de compensation de temps mort à une autre fonction de compensation de temps mort, dans des conditions prescrites.
(JA) 【課題】インバータのデッドタイムを補償する複数のデッドタイム補償機能を有し、チューニング作業もなく、操舵状態に応じてデッドタイム補償機能を切り換えて補償し、操舵性能を向上すると共に、電流波形の歪み改善と電流制御の応答性の向上を図り、音や振動、リップルを抑制した電動パワーステアリング装置を提供する。 【解決手段】少なくとも操舵トルクに基づいてdq軸の操舵補助指令値を演算し、前記操舵補助指令値からdq軸電流指令値を演算し、前記dq軸電流指令値を3相のDuty指令値に変換し、PWM制御のインバータにより3相ブラシレスモータを駆動制御し、車両の操舵機構にアシストトルクを付与するベクトル制御方式の電動パワーステアリング装置において、前記インバータのデッドタイム補償を行う性能が異なる複数のデッドタイム補償機能を有し、前記複数のデッドタイム補償機能1つから他のデッドタイム補償機能に所定条件で切り換えて前記デッドタイム補償を実施する。
