Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an addition-curable silicone rubber composition for airbags. An addition-curable silicone rubber composition which contains: 100 parts by mass of (A) an organopolysiloxane that contains two or more alkenyl groups in each molecule; (B) a cyclic organohydrogenpolysiloxane represented by formula (1), wherein the polysiloxane content is 50 mol% or more relative to the total amount of the component (B) when m = 2; (C) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane represented by formula (2), which contains two or more silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in each molecule, in such an amount that the number of silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in the components (B) and (C) is 1 to 7 per one silicon atom-bonded alkenyl group in the component (A) and the number of silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in the component (B) is 1-30% of the number of silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in the components (B) and (C); 0.1-50 parts by mass of (D) a fine silica powder having a BET specific surface area of 50 m2/g or more; and an effective amount of (E) an addition reaction catalyst.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc de silicone durcissable par addition pour airbags. L'invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc de silicone durcissable par addition qui contient : 100 parties en masse de (A) un organopolysiloxane qui contient deux groupes alcényle ou plus dans chaque molécule ; (B) un organohydrogénopolysiloxane cyclique représenté par la formule (1), la teneur en polysiloxane étant de 50 % en moles ou plus par rapport à la quantité totale du composant (B) lorsque m = 2 ; (C) un organohydrogénopolysiloxane représenté par la formule (2), qui contient deux atomes d'hydrogène ou plus liés à un atome de silicium dans chaque molécule, en une quantité telle que le nombre d'atomes d'hydrogène liés à un atome de silicium dans les composants (B) et (C) est de 1 à 7 pour un groupe alcényle lié à un atome de silicium dans le composant (A) et le nombre d'atomes d'hydrogène liés à un atome de silicium dans le composant (B) est de 1 à 30 % du nombre d'atomes d'hydrogène liés à un atome de silicium dans les composants (B) et (C) ; 0,1 à 50 parties en masse de (D) une poudre de silice fine ayant une surface spécifique BET de 50 m2/g ou plus ; et une quantité efficace de (E) d'un catalyseur de réaction d'addition.
