Abstract:
Provided are a corrosion-resistant electronic substrate of which corrosion-resistance is increased by blocking corrosive gas such as hydrogen sulfide gas, and a corrosive gas blocking coating composition for forming a coating layer of the corrosion-resistant electronic substrate. A corrosion-resistant electronic substrate 1 comprises a substrate body 3, an electronic component 2 constructed thereon, and a coating layer 4 formed on the entirety or a part of a surface of the substrate body 3, the coating layer 4 coating an electrically conductive metal portion 20 of the electronic component 2 including an electrode 21, wherein the coating layer 4 has a distribution of free volume radius measurement values by positron lifetime annihilation method after curing, where the distribution area of not more than 0.32 nm (not including 0) is not less than 70%. A corrosive gas blocking coating composition is a coating composition for forming the coating layer 4, and includes a resin composition of which the distribution area is not less than 70%, and a solvent thereof.
