Title: MOTOR CONTROL CIRCUIT, MOTOR CONTROL DEVICE, ACTUATOR, AND STEPPER MOTOR CONTROL METHOD
Abstract:
Provided is a motor control circuit that allows high-precision step-out determination in a wide variety of circumstances. A motor control circuit (12) is provided with: an input voltage measurement unit (125); a temperature measurement unit (128); a counterelectromotive voltage measurement unit (126); a determination threshold setting unit; and a determination unit. The input voltage measurement unit (125) measures the input voltage that is input to a motor control device (10). The temperature measurement unit (128) measures a temperature. The counterelectromotive voltage measurement unit (126) measures a counterelectromotive voltage induced in a coil in which energization is halted, from among multi-phase coils. The determination threshold setting unit sets a determination threshold for the counterelectromotive voltage on the basis of the measurement result of the input voltage measurement unit (125) and the measurement result of the temperature measurement unit (128), as well as on the basis of a determination criterion value preset for each of multiple partial regions that are divisions in a matrix according to an input voltage threshold and a temperature threshold. The determination unit performs step-out determination of a stepper motor on the basis of the measurement result of the counterelectromotive voltage measurement unit (126) and the set determination threshold for the counterelectromotive voltage.
