(EN)This photosensitive glass paste includes an inorganic component containing glass powder and a ceramic filler and a photosensitive organic component and is characterized in that the glass powder contains glass powder that has a crystallization point, and the difference between the crystallization point and the softening point of the glass powder having a crystallization point is 85 to 180°C. The glass powder having a crystallization point is preferably a SiO2-B2O3-BaO-ZnO-Al2O3-MgO-La2O3 glass powder.
(FR)L'invention concerne une pâte de verre comprenant un constituant inorganique comportant une poudre de verre et un agent de charge céramique et un constituant organique photosensible ; elle est caractérisée en ce que la poudre de verre comporte de la poudre de verre qui présente un point de cristallisation, et la différence entre le point de cristallisation et le point de ramollissement de la poudre de verre présentant un point de cristallisation allant de 85 à 180 °C. La poudre de verre présentant un point de cristallisation est de préférence une poudre de verre à base de SiO2-B2O3-BaO-ZnO-Al2O3-MgO-La2O3.
(JA)本発明の感光性ガラスペーストは、ガラス粉末及びセラミックフィラーを含有する無機成分と、感光性を有する有機成分と、を備える感光性ガラスペーストであって、上記ガラス粉末は、結晶化点を持つガラス粉末を含有し、上記結晶化点を持つガラス粉末の結晶化点と軟化点との差が85℃以上180℃以下であることを特徴とする。上記結晶化点を持つガラス粉末は、SiO-B-BaO-ZnO-Al-MgO-La系ガラス粉末であることが好ましい。
