Abstract:
(EN) The objective of the present invention is to provide a thermal humidity measuring device which is provided with a first heat generating body and a second heat generating body, and which is configured to utilize the heat generating bodies effectively in such a way as to obtain a plurality of measured values (measurement values) including a humidity measured using the first heat generating body. A thermal humidity measuring device (1) is provided with a first bridge circuit (2) including a first heat generating body (4) which detects humidity, and a second bridge circuit (3) including a second heat generating body (10) which heats air around the first heat generating body (4). Humidity is detected by extracting a first output signal (Va5) from the first bridge circuit (2), and a second output signal (Va15) including one item of information from among at least pressure, an air flow rate or an air temperature is extracted from the second bridge circuit (3).
(FR) L’objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un dispositif de mesure d’humidité thermique qui est pourvu d’un premier corps de génération de chaleur et d’un deuxième corps de génération de chaleur, et qui est configuré pour utiliser efficacement les corps de génération de chaleur de manière à obtenir une pluralité de valeurs mesurées (valeurs de mesure) comprenant une humidité mesurée au moyen du premier corps de génération de chaleur. Un dispositif de mesure d’humidité thermique (1) est pourvu d’un premier circuit de pont (2) comprenant un premier corps de génération de chaleur (4) qui détecte l’humidité, et un deuxième circuit de pont (3) comprenant un deuxième corps de génération de chaleur (10) qui chauffe l’air autour du premier corps de génération de chaleur (4). L’humidité est détectée par extraction d’un premier signal de sortie (Va5) à partir du premier circuit de pont (2), et un deuxième signal de sortie (Va15) comprenant une information parmi au moins une pression, un débit d’air ou une température d’air est extrait du deuxième circuit de pont (3).
(JA) 本発明の目的は、第1発熱体と第2発熱体とを備えた構成において、各発熱体を有効に利用して、第1発熱体で計測される湿度を含む複数の計測値(測定値)を得られるようにした熱式湿度測定装置を提供することにある。湿度を検知する第1発熱体(4)を有する第1ブリッジ回路(2)と第1発熱体(4)の周辺空気を加熱する第2発熱体(10)を有する第2ブリッジ回路(3)とを備えた熱式湿度測定装置(1)において、第1ブリッジ回路(2)から第1出力信号(Va5)を取り出して湿度を検知し、第2ブリッジ回路(3)から少なくとも圧力、空気流量又は空気温度いずれか一つの情報を含む第2出力信号(Va15)を取り出す。
